“Feeling my way through the darkness
Guided by a beating heart…
I can’t tell where the journey will end
But I know where to start..
They tell me I’m too young to understand.
They say I’m caught up in a dream.
Well life will pass me by if I don’t open up my eyes…Well that’s…. fine by me..” ( Lyrics courtesy : Wake me up by Avicii )
I can’t get this song out of my head today … life is a song ..isn’t it beautiful how one song can take you back to a moment in time, like nothing else can ??!! This eggless wonder pushed me out of my comfort zone to perfect the art of cake making without eggs, a concept I took time to get used to! There really is nothing you can’t do .. if you put your mind to it ! It woke me up .. just like Avicii’s song .. happy baking ♥️
