Halloumi is the god of all cheeses.
This Cypriot origin cheese is loved for its robust texture and umami flavour. Keep in mind, it is salty on its own! What I love about these fries are it has a lovely crunch on the outside and a soft cheesy inside. And what’s more Halloumi has a high melting point which makes it hold its shape on frying and grilling thereby increasing its versatility!
Itโs a perfect addition as a starter and a quick option to stave off the hunger pangs !!!

Add a pinch of love โฅ๏ธ :
It absorbs flavours very well, so try it with a spicy kebab marinade and grill it !
As a spicy dip try an avocado, sour cream ,Tabasco splash , minced onion with seasoning.
