M&M Cream Cheese Cookies

Life is funny isn’t it ? Just when you think you have it all figured and you know what direction you are headed, the winds change, the paths change, the signs change and north is suddenly south and east is west. But remember every good thing in life happened because something changed.

Who would have thought this candy-coated chocolate concept was inspired by a method used to allow soldiers to carry chocolate in warm climates without having it melt ?

Who would have thought my teen daughter started making “ Unicorn Poop Cookies “ ( yes you read right !!! ) for her younger sisters unicorn birthday but realised mid way there was no edible food colours or sprinkles except a packet of M&M’s gazing at her. And the result …. these melt in your mouth .. not melt in your hand Cookies. Here’s another super easy Kids The Bake recipe !
