Mini Wonkas ARE THE ANSWER, who cares what the question is !!!!

To my OCD (Obsessive Chocolate Disorder ) friends .. here’s an easy to make miniature chocolate Wonka packed with a double dose of chocolate.

I love this moist mini brownie loaded with chocolate chips which seem all set to hit the chocolate factory.

This recipe couldn’t get any easier !

Here’s another “Kids The Bake” recipe which is all of 25 mins from start to tummy.

You can eat it plain, dust it with powdered sugar or like the kids did, dotted it with sprinkles .

Ingredients

All purpose flour – 3/4 cup

Cocoa – 1/2 cup

Salt – 1/4 tsp

Granulated sugar – 1 cup

Melted butter – 1/3 cup

Eggs – 2

Semi sweet chocolate chips – 1 cup

Method :

Preheat oven to 175 C.

Sift flour, cocoa and salt . Keep aside .

Whisk sugar, butter and eggs until combined. Add flour mixture. Stir well.

Add chocolate chips.

Fill 24 greased and floured mini muffin cups 3/4 full .

Bake for 15 mins until the tooth pick inserted in the center of Mini Wonkas comes out moist but not wet with the batter.

Do not overbake. Makes 24 Mini Wonkas.
