Banana Crumble Cake 🍌

Not often do I have my parents and aunt dropping in for tea at the same time. My mom and aunt have greatly inspired my love for baking. My mom makes everything look easy and my aunt made it a point to buy me many baking books and cooking ingredients every time she came down from Canada.

Having an opportunity to bake for them is very exciting, as you know it’s not easy to please them. So I walked up and down the pantry picking up ingredients before deciding to bake them a Banana crumble cake.

I could convert my mums dislike for banana cakes instantly and my aunt called me after she left to ask me how exactly the cake was made. I have a feeling they knew the baking genes had duly reached the next gen. ❤️
